What can I do to alleviate side effects if experienced?*
DRINK WATER - This is the most important thing to do after you’ve finished a session. Drink at least 6 8oz. glasses of water.
Avoid stimulants containing caffeine or alcohol
Set intentional alone time to separate yourself from other energy
Listen to meditation/relaxation music
Take a bath
Read
Go for a walk
Meditate

I didn’t feel or see anything during my session, did it not work?
This is completely normal, you do not need to experience a physical or emotional release for Reiki to work. Everyone’s session is unique to what their body needs. Someone who experiences a physical or emotional release one session, may not experience anything during their next session.
